How We Prepare for Delivery
As soon as we make our natural, raw food meals, it is immediately Fresh-frozen. We then deliver our meals to you in special, insulated shipping containers that keep your chops frozen across the Northeast. Keeping your pups meals frozen and safe for over 3 days. Once defrosted, we recommend that you keep the food refrigerated, and after opening, use the food within 48 hours.
